Training in Data-driven Design Thinking for Decathlon
Astrakhan delivered two Data Centric Design Thinking training sessions for the Data teams at Decathlon France.
• Design Thinking training adapted to Decathlon’s data needs.
• Facilitation workshops: Moving Motivators, Delegation Poker.
• At the end of the presentation: construction of an action plan that will define the principles and content of the coaching that Astrakhan will then deliver to Decathlon managers.
• Adopted an experimental approach and unlocked their creative potential.
• Understood how to use a client/business/user-centered approach.
